Cars: There will be a one-way system in place at An Sportlann. For health and safety reasons we ask drivers to please observe this system. There are ample car parking facilities to the rear and in the vicinity of An Sportlann.
Showers and changing facilities are available at An Sportlann.
Therapy Room: Cyclists feeling the pain are welcome to a short treatment after the cycle subject to availability.

AFTER CYCLE CELEBRATIONS
Our cycle will finish with a celebratory Hog Roast/BBQ directly after the cycle in An Sportlann. This is complimentary for cyclists. Guests are most welcome to join us in the celebration but we really need to know our numbers in advance. To help us with this please confirm guest numbers by email as soon as possible. (info@mayopinkribbon.ie). There is a charge of €12 for adults and €6 for children.
SAFETY NOTICE
Our event is a leisure cycle not a race and it takes place on open roads. It is of paramount importance that cyclists obey the rules of the road at all times showing courtesy and consideration for other road users and riding in a manner that is safe for themselves and others. All cyclists participate at their own risk and they must rely on their own ability in dealing with all hazards. We ask that you please obey the instructions of marshals, helpers and support staff at all times. When out on open roads we ask that cyclists ride maximum two abreast when safe to do so and go in single file when necessary.

WHAT TO BRING
Pump, Helmet (this is obligatory), Mobile Phone, Spare Tube, Drinks Bottle/Snack, Lever and hopefully Sunscreen! For health and safety reasons no cyclist will be permitted to participate without a helmet.

Your registration number will be issued at sign in and must be worn, visibly, to the front for the duration of the cycle. You will also be issued with a wristband that gives you access to the food stops and the BBQ. This must be worn throughout the day.
Remember: NO NUMBER NO CYCLE!

We hope that everybody taking part in this cycle will have a great day and be proud of their involvement in this fundraiser. Details of the routes are on our website and maps will be available at registration.

Remember, as always, this is a leisure cycle not a race!
